גילוי

דרישות גילוי וחריגים

ההצהרה על מקוריות של ETH Zurich מציעה שתי אפשרויות: אישור שלא נעשה שימוש ב-AI גנרטיבי, או אישור שנעשה שימוש מורשה ב-AI גנרטיבי וששימוש זה גולה ואושר עם המנחה. עבודות תזה לתואר ראשון ולתואר שני דורשות הצהרת מקוריות חתומה, ואילו הדרישות לעבודות כתובות אחרות תלויות בהוראות האקדמיות החלות. מועמדים לדוקטורט מצהירים על כתיבה עצמאית באמצעות תהליך רישום הבחינה הדוקטורלית. ההיתר לשימוש, פורמט הגילוי וכל חריג חייבים להתאים לדרישות המנחה והיחידה הרלוונטיים. הנחיות ההוראה של ETH Zurich מורות לסטודנטים להיות שקופים לגבי השימוש שלהם ב-AI גנרטיבי ולזהות אילו כלים תרמו לאילו חלקים בעבודתם, בהתאם להוראות המרצה החלות ולמוסכמות הציטוט. בכתיבה מדעית ובתזות, מומלץ שסטודנטים יסכימו מראש עם המנחים שלהם על שימוש מורשה ב-AI ועל דרישות הגילוי. ספריית ETH מכירה בחריג במקרה שבו מנחה הסכים במפורש לכך שלשימוש מסוים ב-AI אין צורך בגילוי נפרד. בהיעדר הסכמה כזו, שימוש שלא גולה עשוי להוות הפרה של יושרה אקדמית.

העלאת מידע סודי ביותר לשירותי בינה מלאכותית בענן חיצוניים אסורה. מידע סודי ניתן לעבד רק בתצורות שהוערכו באופן ספציפי (כגון מצב M365 Copilot Work ללא חיפוש באינטרנט). M365 Copilot Chat מאושר לנתונים פנימיים. כלי בינה מלאכותית של Google טרם הוערכו על ידי ה-CISO (הערכה במצב OPEN) ואינם משוחררים עבור נתונים חסויים, סודיים ביותר או נתונים אישיים מוגנים של ETH. יש לכבד זכויות יוצרים ופרטיות בכל עת.
