La ETH Zurich aboga por un enfoque proactivo y responsable respecto a la IA generativa en las tareas de evaluación. Los estudiantes siguen siendo plenamente responsables del contenido de cualquier trabajo que presenten. Declaración de uso

Requisitos de declaración y excepciones

La declaración de originalidad de ETH Zurich ofrece dos opciones: confirmar que no se utilizó IA generativa, o confirmar que se utilizó IA generativa autorizada y que su divulgación fue acordada con el supervisor. Las tesis de grado y de máster requieren una declaración de originalidad firmada, mientras que los requisitos para otros trabajos escritos dependen de las instrucciones académicas aplicables. Los candidatos al doctorado declaran su autoría independiente a través del proceso de inscripción en el examen doctoral. El uso permitido, el formato de divulgación y cualquier excepción deben seguir los requisitos del supervisor y de la unidad correspondiente. Las directrices docentes de ETH Zurich instruyen a los estudiantes para que sean transparentes sobre su uso de IA generativa e identifiquen qué herramientas contribuyeron a qué partes de su trabajo, de acuerdo con las instrucciones aplicables de los profesores y las convenciones de citación. En la escritura científica y las tesis, los estudiantes deberían acordar de antemano con sus supervisores el uso autorizado de IA y los requisitos de divulgación. La guía de la Biblioteca de ETH reconoce una excepción cuando un supervisor ha acordado expresamente que determinado uso de IA no necesita declararse por separado. En ausencia de tal acuerdo, el uso no declarado puede constituir una infracción de la integridad académica.

Privacidad y datos sensibles

Restricciones específicas por ámbito

Está prohibido cargar información estrictamente confidencial en servicios externos de IA en la nube. La información confidencial solo puede procesarse en configuraciones evaluadas específicamente (como el modo Work de M365 Copilot sin búsqueda web). M365 Copilot Chat está aprobado para datos internos. Las herramientas de IA de Google aún no han sido evaluadas por el CISO (evaluación OPEN) y no están habilitadas para datos de ETH confidenciales, estrictamente confidenciales ni datos personales protegidos. Los derechos de autor y la privacidad deben respetarse en todo momento.

Herramientas institucionales

Está prohibido cargar información estrictamente confidencial en servicios externos de IA en la nube. La información confidencial solo puede procesarse en configuraciones evaluadas específicamente (como el modo Work de M365 Copilot sin búsqueda web). M365 Copilot Chat está aprobado para datos internos. Las herramientas de IA de Google aún no han sido evaluadas por el CISO (evaluación OPEN) y no están habilitadas para datos de ETH confidenciales, estrictamente confidenciales ni datos personales protegidos. ¿Qué requisitos de seguridad y adquisición existen?

ID CCR Cloud Service Center gestiona las herramientas institucionales de IA en la nube. Las herramientas que carecen de evaluaciones de seguridad en la nube (incluidas herramientas de terceros como las comerciales ChatGPT, Claude, DeepSeek, Perplexity, Grok) se utilizan bajo la propia responsabilidad del usuario y nunca deben procesar datos personales protegidos, confidenciales o estrictamente confidenciales.
