# University AI Policy Tracker University AI Policy Tracker is an open, evidence-backed database of university AI policy pages, source snapshots, policy claims, and citation-ready public JSON. ## Scope - University policies and guidance for GenAI, ChatGPT, DeepSeek, Microsoft Copilot, institutional AI services, academic integrity, privacy, teaching, research, security review, procurement, and related governance. - Canonical entity pages start at /universities. - Trust pages are available at /methodology, /citation, /datasets, and /changes. - Public JSON records are available at /api/public/v1/universities/{slug}.json. - Recent public changes are available at /api/public/v1/recent-changes.json. ## Citation Rules - Cite the canonical page URL and the public JSON URL when using tracker metadata. - Treat each claim as valid only with its source URL, source snapshot hash, and short evidence snippet. - Confidence is machine confidence in extraction or classification. - Review state is separate from confidence and indicates machine_candidate, agent_reviewed, human_reviewed, needs_review, or rejected. ## Caveats - Machine-candidate records require review and should not be treated as final policy conclusions. - The site is not legal advice or academic integrity advice. - Tracker metadata may be open licensed, but official university source documents, source page text, PDFs, and other source materials retain their original rights. - This llms.txt file is an auxiliary guide for agents and developers. Google does not require llms.txt for AI features, and this file is not a guaranteed ranking signal. ## Security Boundary - OpenClaw orchestrates agents and crawling only. - OpenClaw must not deploy the public website, write the production database directly, push main, or hold production deployment credentials.
