Untuk penulisan ilmiah dan tesis, mahasiswa sebaiknya menyepakati terlebih dahulu dengan pembimbing mereka mengenai penggunaan AI yang diotorisasi dan persyaratan pengungkapannya. Mengunggah informasi yang sangat rahasia ke layanan AI cloud eksternal dilarang. Informasi rahasia hanya boleh diproses dalam konfigurasi yang dievaluasi secara khusus (seperti mode M365 Copilot Work tanpa pencarian web). M365 Copilot Chat disetujui untuk data internal.
