Die automatisierte Bewertung von Lernergebnissen und insbesondere von Prüfungen durch KI wird von der KI-VO ... als hochriskant eingestuft und ist bis auf Weiteres untersagt. KI sollte allenfalls vorbereitend und unterstützend eingesetzt werden ... Die prüfende Person muss stets die Letztentscheidung für die Bewertung treffen.
