Zum gegenwärtigen Zeitpunkt ist deshalb die Bewertung von Prüfungsleistungen mithilfe von KI-Systemen unzulässig. Eine begrenzte Unterstützung bei der Ausformulierung von Rückmeldungen, die keinerlei Entscheidungskompetenz beim KI-System verortet, keine personenbezogenen Daten überträgt und in jedem Fall abschließend von Menschen überprüft wird, ist hingegen denkbar.

RWTH enables and promotes access to generative AI systems, for example to the “RWTHgpt” application. For this purpose, RWTH provides a series of explanatory documents, which are linked below. As these documents mainly deal with legal aspects, there are currently no versions available in English.

Generell stellt der unzulässige Einsatz von KI-Systemen einen Täuschungsversuch dar. Konnte ein solcher Täuschungsversuch nicht direkt beobachtet werden, liegt ein Täuschungsverdacht vor. Nach aktuellem Stand kann ein solcher Täuschungsverdacht dabei nicht primär auf die Bewertung durch ein automatisches System zur KI-Detektion gestützt werden.
