Zum gegenwärtigen Zeitpunkt ist deshalb die Bewertung von Prüfungsleistungen mithilfe von KI-Systemen unzulässig. Eine begrenzte Unterstützung bei der Ausformulierung von Rückmeldungen, die keinerlei Entscheidungskompetenz beim KI-System verortet, keine personenbezogenen Daten überträgt und in jedem Fall abschließend von Menschen überprüft wird, ist hingegen denkbar.

Nach aktuellem Stand kann ein solcher Täuschungsverdacht dabei nicht primär auf die Bewertung durch ein automatisches System zur KI-Detektion gestützt werden.
