Unauthorized use of ChatGPT or other Generative AI tools is considered cheating and/or plagiarism per Northwestern Academic Integrity guidelines.
All Northwestern students must comply with the academic integrity standards. AI-generated work submitted as one's own without required attribution or authorization may constitute cheating or plagiarism, subject to instructor-level rules.
University Parts A/B academic standards apply across programs; course and assignment GenAI instructions may differ.
