JZUS manuscript authors must disclose substantive GenAI use explicitly and in detail, retain human responsibility and never list AI as author. The journal limits permitted assistance and prohibits AI-generated original contributions or fabricated data/images. This is a journal policy, not campus coursework permission.

University security training covers AI-use standards, privacy/security risks, compliance and incident handling for the campus community. It does not establish approved vendor data categories, storage retention or a procurement process.

University notices name the 浙大先生 platform and require participating teachers to comply with a trial teaching GenAI standard. The standard’s full normative text is unavailable; the notices do not establish current student eligibility or assignment/exam permission.

The2026 appeal regulation covers specified enrolment/status/withdrawal/discipline decisions: written appeal within10 days from receipt. Initial screening is3 working days; corrections requested within5 working days. Written reply normally15 days, extendable15 with approval; corrected applications restart that reply clock. External provincial appeal is15 days after receipt of review opinion. The2026 rule repeals2015; unspecified “days” are not converted to working days.

The2025 student disciplinary regulation provides possible warnings, demerit/probation or expulsion according to the applicable violation and severity. General research-misconduct clauses require the academic committee’s determination. These are not automatic penalties for any AI use.

Before an adverse disciplinary decision, students are told facts/reasons/basis and may state and defend their case. Before probation/expulsion they are told of the hearing-request right. Major decisions undergo legal review and the stated university decision process.
